12 Hours of Christmas

Harrisonburg Radio Group is teaming up with the Salvation Army again this year to help children in the Valley with our 12 Hours of Christmas – Angel Tree event, sponsored by Pactiv! Join us on Monday, December 13th at the Valley Mall in the Belk Court from 6am to 6pm and come pick out an angel off the tree to buy gifts for them to open this Christmas!

The Salvation Army Angel Tree program provides new clothing and toys to more than one-million children and families in need each year. Over 70 ‘angels’ remain in the Valley this year. As with everything thanks to Covid, fundraising for the Salvation Army has been significantly compromised. One goal this year is to NOT have to use the Kettle Bell funds to support Angel Tree.

You can help by joining us at the Valley Mall to adopt one of these angels!

Here’s how it works: Simply pick a tag off the Angel Tree with us in the Belk Court when the mall opens at 10, until the last Angel is adopted.  The Salvation Army will distribute your gifts to Valley families in need in time for Christmas morning.

Adopters have until the 15th to drop off purchases at the Salvation Army Office on Ashby Ave in Harrisonburg OR at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds.
If you can’t join us but would like to support the cause, new for this year:  QR Codes @ the Kettle Bells allow you donate right from your phone
